You have learned about AI (Appreciative Inquiry) and want to share what you have learned with other educational leaders. For this assignment, create a diagram, chart, electronic drawing, or other self-created graphic that can demonstrate to your audience the definition, use, and importance of AI in change management. Then, use that diagram in a memorandum to share with educational leaders in your organization or an organization in which you are familiar.
Length: 4 pages, including your graphic creation
References: Support your work with a minimum of five scholarly resources referenced on a separate page at the end of your memorandum.
Your memorandum should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
The assignment should include 1 cover page, 1 reference page (5 references), 1 page for the diagram and 3 pages for the written material.
