Who are your writers?
We use only degreed and experienced writers, and our employment process is rigorous. Our writers must present their degrees, pass an examination, and submit an original piece of writing to us. They are native English-speaking professionals with Bachelors through Ph.D. degrees from English-speaking institutions. We assign orders based upon the specific qualifications of each writer, so you always get an expert in the topic field who is at least one degree level above your current level of study.
Can I communicate with my writer?
Absolutely. In fact, we insist upon it. The more communication between you and your writer, the less chance there is for misunderstandings and a product you may not be thrilled with. When you place your order, you are given a private account on our site. Through this account page, you may message your writer at any time, and s/he may message you as well.re
How do you guarantee that you will follow my instructions?
When you complete the order form, we ask for every detail of every requirement you have. This is your time to provide everything. Even if you forget something, you can give the information to your writer directly. Before you ever receive your final product, our editing department reviews that product and compares it to the instructions you have given. If anything is missing, the writer is notified and must fix the issue immediately. As a further check, if you find that a detail is missing, you can request an immediate revision, and it will be done free of charge.
How do you protect my privacy?
You have to provide your personal information when you place an order. This is the only way we can contact you if there is a question or an issue with your order. We need your name, your email address and a phone number. All of this information is encrypted on our site, and we never share information with any third parties.
Regarding your financial information: You will be paying for your order with a credit/debit card, wire transfer, or through PayPal. When you use a bank card, we have a third-party payment processor with an SSL certification. We never see or hold your financial information. PayPal is its own secure payment processor.

What if I do not like the product you have delivered?
this does not happen often, because we have so many transparent procedures in place. You and your writer communicate; our editing staff reviews the product before delivery to you, and we follow your instructions.
When your final draft is ready, you are notified. We ask that you access your personal account and download it. You have the chance to review it and either approve it or ask for revisions. Those revisions will be completed quickly and they are free of charge. Please check out our revision policy, so that you understand all of the details.
Do you provide refunds?
We have a money-back guarantee policy in place, and you should review it. It is rare that refunds are requested, because of our lines of communication throughout the whole process of order completion. On rare occasions, a writer may have an emergency and will have to be replaced. This could result in a delay of completion. At other times, there may have been a misunderstanding relative to details of your instructions. In these instances, we keep writing and revising until you are satisfied. If we miss a deadline, which only rarely happens, of course, you will receive a partial refund.
