2. The tutor gave me the feedback of this paper :
– The font is different of the footnote in each page so the tutor doubted the writer directly copy.
– And the main problem is the format of the bibliography is totally wrong, the tutor said correct bibliography need to quote the Rechtssatz and the case , in UK law need to use the case law and the rechtssatz together.
– The tutor said appears some original articals and sentences in this paper and i do not quote the reference. he advised me need to change the words do not directly use orginal sentences and must to quote the reference according to the OSCOLA reference requirements.
