hospitality management leadership 1
this is group writing paper and i and doing (Discuss both similarities and differences between the two domains with respect to each of these factors, and) this part. one of my group member finished the second part so i attached as file. and i also attached grading rubric. i need at least 500 words for the paper. you only need to do my part. and i need work cited page too.
- Introduction to both the skills and trait approaches. A slight overview of each. Other people can go into detail about what I said and expand. Easy
- Identify the most salient factors related to leader success in comparing abilities (reasoning, numeric, verbal, etc.) to skills (derived from competencies)
- Discuss both similarities and differences between the two domains with respect to each of these factors, and (this is my part)
- Draw a conclusion based on this investigation.
