* Value clinical outcomes measurement as a process for improving healthcare delivery

Review Melnyk, B., & Fineout-Overholt, E. (2010 or 2014). Evidence-based practice in nursing healthcare: A guide to best practice (2nd or 3rd edition) Philadelphia: Lippincott Williams & Wilkins READ chapters on PICOT question development and format
NOTE: The PICOT question assignment is the foundation for the PI Project Proposal. The PICOT question should be something that is a real problem drawn from your practice and in may be a focused on a clinical issue, an educational issue (For the Nursing Education majors), or a management process issue (for the Nursing Systems Management majors) I am a Nursing Systems Management Major and my clinical area of practice in nursing is Oncology working with cancer patients administering chemotherapy to these patients. Please present project to reflect either my major or clinical area of care
