reply question 1

1.In my opinion, servant leadership is one of the profound things that exists in for leaders in an organization. It is doable as well because a leader can also be a servant as he can teach all his juniors or employees working in his department from all the experience he/she has achieved. Being a servant in an organization means having good customer service at the same time helping the juniors where they need help. Being an experienced leader is also helpful to the organization (Lussier & Achua, 2012).

A leader can serve you with helping the employees in a basic manner by helping them grow out a bubble to perform the best from their side. The leader has to also listen to the employees and the problems being faced by them and to help them understand that he can serve the followers and take lead of the employees (Lussier & Achua, 2012).

2.As per my opinion I am agree that Servant leadership emphasizes being able to serve and lead also servant leadership is achievable. As we know that Servant actually devote themselves to serving the needs of the organization members, Servant leadership focus on meeting and the needs of those they lead, develop employees so that they can bring out the best among them, They coach others as well as encourage their self-expression, Alos facilitate personal growth in all who actually work with them (Greenleaf in 1970 ).Servant leadership is linked to ethics, virtues, and morality and have more concerned on their followers . I believe and agree that Servant leadership emphasizes being able to serve and lead and it is doable because it is defined as servant leadership is the administration that rises above self-interest to serve the requirements of others, by helping them become professionally and personally. Though some may see these two ideas of authority as synonymous and use them conversely, they are not precisely indistinguishable. While it sparkles the focus on adherents, servant leadership goes above and beyond. Worker initiative requires the largest amount of magnanimity a level that some uncertainty exists in this present reality. Servant leadership is generosity for others without respect to what one might get in return. The leader settles on a cognizant choice to hold devotees in high respect, is headed to serve, not to be served.

In the work place they are characterized by aggregate activity, hopefulness, mechanical skill and performing various tasks capacities

A diverse team provides the opportunity for the unique strengths of each team member to be leveraged. The greater the diversity, the greater the breadth of strengths available. Each diverse team member has strengths that can compensate for the shortcomings or blind spots of other team members.
